I'm sure there's an answer on this board somewhere, but searched to no avail. Simple question I hope. Where on MSC is there mention of my elite status? Thanks for your help.

I have never seen it listed but when you call the elite phone number - they are aware of your being elite.

Unlike SPG.com where you can see your elite status when you log in, MSC doesn't tell you what your status is when you log in. The only way I know is to call reservations (regular or elite), and they should greet you "Good morning Mr./Mrs. X, congratulations on being X-Star Elite". If they don't, you can ask them once they verify your identity. It's on their opening user screen.

Another thing I wish they had is a screen to show the reservations that have already been made. I know they send an email confirmation with the number, but I would like to see it on MyStarCentral as well so everything would be together.

This is one of the "little" things that aggravates me too. I can easily see how much in maintenance fees I own, but nowhere does the site list my upcoming reservations. Starwood is doing themselves a disfavor by not doing so. They could list your upcoming reservation, add some links for activities, transportation, dining, etc.

Yes, in fact if you call the regular number, they will tell you to call the elite number. Apparently the regular member service reps are not allowed to handle elite members reservations, at least in my experience.

Also, do you think they are ever going to let us book our own reservations online? We are Diamond Resorts members also and you can do everything online now.

As long as you call from a number that can be identified by the IVR system and that number is listed on the account, your call automatically gets routed to the appropriate agents.

From time to time, if call volume is high, they may add the elite skillset to some of the general servicing agents that are senior but do not have "elite traning".

SVO needs online booking!

SVO has told us for a few years that the online booking is coming. They should model it after Hyatt Vacation Club. You can see your point (option) balances, all your current reservations, and all units that are available. It's perfect..
