What are the current required Staroptions for elite levels 3, 4 & 5? I know VSE upped the requirements not long ago. Just curious...

At WKV update in January it was 159k, 359k and 649k for each. I don't think they've recently been bumped up.

That's still the levels --

VSN Elite Owners who have two VOIs (must have at least one Annual VOI or three VOIs if all are Biennial) or more and:
  • A combined value of 159,000 StarOptions annually for 3-star status
  • A combined value of 359,000 StarOptions annually for 4-star status
  • A combined value of 649,000 StarOptions annually for 5-star status
