We are able to trade Four Seasons Aviara (FSA) with Elite Alliance (EA). They have a promotion where you can make a deposit and get 1.5x credits and try it for free for one year. I saw they have many great Getaways for cash sale as well as discounted last minute exchanges. FSA has decent exchange power on EA especially if we deposit a holiday week. EA said the membership fee is waived as long as I have a deposit in there or I have credits remaining. EA’s quality and quantity seems good and everytime I log into my guest account, I see good inventory available without using a request system or even making a deposit. Have any Tuggers used Elite Alliance? If so, what did you think?

I'd like to hear any input on this, as well. I have 2 FSA's and am considering using Elite Alliance, but want to know if it is easy to exchange?

So far, I have not gotten any feedback on Elite Alliance. I guess not many TUG members have used them. If anyone has, please post some feedback!

Jay, how did it work out for your Elite Alliance trade? I've personally never used Elite Alliance, but have stayed at several fractional resorts that utilize them. I think they are a small company but can't say for sure. 3rdHome offers a similar service with more properties. Elite Alliance has a strict review process for resorts - they must be professionally managed, whereas 3rdHome includes private homes. I don't know how easy it is to exchange on there. I also never liked that daily fees sometimes applied when a trade was done on Elite Alliance. For example, if you exchange for an Equity Residences home on Elite Alliance there was still a $100 daily fee!
