Hello All,

I have an upcoming family reunion vacation at the Elara and have multiple reservations booked using HGVC ownership, Interval and RCI. I called Elara and they almost gave me a heart attack because the lady mentioned all my reservations were cancelled. She told me she sees them, but they were all cancelled. I asked for her to check with a manager who found all the reservations. She noted a request in the HGVC reservation but indicated the exchange reservations have not been updated to my name so she cannot put a request for same floor. She also told me there is no contact email that I can use to send requests. Another front desk lady told me the computer selects room assignment and it's first come first serve.

Check in is less than 3 weeks and in the past, when we have stayed at Elara (again with multiple reservations booked via II, HGVC, RCI), they have been much more accommodating. Did something change at Elara where the service has really gone down?? Does anyone have an email contact for requests at the Elara?

TIA

In the past when I have had multiple rooms booked at Seaworld, I have sent a brief text to the Resort Text # with the reservation numbers and what rooms I wanted in the same buildings if possible. That also gives you a record of who responds to you and also the ability to follow up with them a few days before the reservation begins.

Here is the Text number listed in the resort info for Elara:

We are at the Elara right now with a 4 bedroom set up. It's really great. The view of the Sphere at night is really amazing with all the animation going on!

Check in was a little annoying, as we got here early due to flight timing and let them know and did a pre-checkin. But they never contacted us to let us know the room was ready. We saw a bunch of people apparently checking in, so went back to the desk and ... eventually got the room.

Are you in the XX34 room or the XX02 Room. XX34 faces west and the strip. XX02 Faces East and my guess has a better view of the sphere.

Are you a plus unit or regular unit? Above 50 for Plus, 39 and below for regular. (Note not floor 40-49)

We are in the xx01, 02, 04 combination facing east. Floor 50+ (note - there are no 40-49 floors! Just a numbering change from 39 to 50, which we think is pretty hilarious and decent marketing).

Yeah, the xx01 is brilliant views of the Sphere

The view out one of the attached rooms.

Note - this is out a north facing window. The east facing windows have a view of the Sphere as well, but you have to get up to the window and look north. The view isn’t directly outside the window
