Does anyone know what the area is called that has the houses/condos nearest the water? Thanks

Bay Point is the closest to the water, but it's not the closest to the beach if that makes any sense, it's on the river.

Beach Walk and South Pointe are the closest to the Beach.

Marsh Pointe and The Villages are also closeish to the river.

Fairway Terrace, Sea Palms and Sea Oaks are inside the resort grounds, the gated part and nowhere near either the river or beach

To add to @Floridaman76, Bay Point is waterfront but on the bay side of the island with a really small beach. Beach Walk and South Pointe are about two blocks from the beach. Easily walkable to the public access points. Marsh Pointe and the Villages are near the marina on the river/creek. The others are located within the resort near the main pool.
