need to get out from under the maintenance fees, we never use it.
Lovely 2 bdrm, 2 bath, sleeper couch in living room. See www.edgewatercapecodma.com for details. Green (Floating Weeks 1-12. 48-50)
Actual week is week 50 ( week before Christmas). Use as a winter getaway, with indoor pool, kitchenette with all utensils plus microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and full size refrigerator. Use as access to exchanges through VRI (included), or others. Float weeks 1-12, plus 48, 49, 50 gives flexibility for exchange or rental.
Maintenance fees current. Will pay transfer fees

In the BS&R forums you mentioned (yesterday) a "special assessment" on this ownership. In the interest of full disclosure, you might want to identify who will pay that special assessment and (just as Denise has suggested about the maintenance fees) the actual dollar amount. While the SA is certainly unwelcome, I doubt that you want to unnecessarily "put off" a potential willing recipient by failing to reveal or address its' existence. :shrug:

A Cape Cod "float" w/ reservations limited to 15 winter weeks will be tough to "move" (with or without the missing numbers) but I wish you luck.
