ebay auction confusion

can someone take a look at ebay auction 4441441299 and tell me if this is a sale or a rental. i have emailed the seller 3x and have heard nothing back.

Listed in category: Real Estate > Timeshares for Sale

Of course, people make this mistake all the time by listing rentals in for sale and vice versa. Note that this rental started yesterday. Even if this is a legit rental, how would you get the money safely transferred in time to make use of the remaining time? I still smell a scam.

thanks, that's pretty much what i thought(SCAM). i think it is intentionally vague so you think you are purchasing a pres. week in west palm and than WHAM you find out you have purchased an obsolete week for vacation. i
aprreciate your taking a look.

I think a lot of renters list in Timeshares for Sale to avoid the Square Trade Certification requirement.

I emailed the Seller and this is the response:
I was only trying to sell this one week. Sorry for any confusion

I think she means she is trying to rent it.
