My cousin is invited by a friend to attend a 2 hour presentation to the Eagle Rock Double Diamond Resort in Hazelton PA. Does anyone know or own this resort? Anything I can warn them about other than "do not buy from developer"
According to them they need to show them household income before the presentation. After presentation, no obligation to buy :) they get a 700USD Amex card and 2 nights stay. Just wondering how this works and how they can actually give away $700 just by listening to the sales pitch. There has to be a catch to this

My guess is that the $700 can only be applied to a timeshare purchase.

I can't imagine how else they can give out $700 to everyone who blows through.

It's probably going to be the mother of all hard sales...

Beware! The pain of the presentation is proportional to the value of the "freebe".
