Forget the Spring/Fall combo. You need a good summer week (24>31) or a ski week (6>10) or wk. 52. This is true for most resorts in ski areas.

Quality is a big issue with II

My sister and her family stayed at Eagle Point last summer during the same week that I was at Marriott's Streamside - Evergreen. I spent some time at Eagle Point, and I can tell you that it is a very low quality resort.

If you are looking to trade into Five Star, branded resorts through II, I think you may have trouble with Eagle Point. I don't own there, so I can't say for certain, but I'd be very careful about buying there. II is extremely picky about "like for like" exchanges when it comes to the quality of the resort.

recently refurbished!

I can't tell you how it trades because I am a new owner of a ski week but the resort has recently been refurbished. The management comapany, east west resorts also manages Falcoln Point in Avon and they appear to be a very good management company. However, I would agree, winter or summer weeks in Vail often get AC's from II. Although I like early fall weeks, I would not recommend buying an off season week unless the maintenance fees were reduced substantially which they are at Falcoln Point. Good luck!
