I don't understand the question? Are you asking why you can't see in under completed auctions?

Yes, I purchase a timeshare, I so payed the closing company when requested .Also all paper work was Submitted.
When I went to add my opinion of their service all information was deleted.
I sent and e-mail to the sell to Return the add, and so I wait,
will this affect my rating on e bay.
I think this seller has not been the best, maybe this is their way of keeping their rating high.

Has it simply been too long to provide feedback? I think there is a time limit to when feedback has to be provided.

60 days from completion (closing time) of an auction.

The problem you are experiencing isn't unique to eBay buyers. There are a lot of unhappy buyers out there; mostly attributable to sellers who either have no idea what they are doing or have every idea what they are doing and have no intention of doing "the right thing".

Lots of scammers out there and hopefully you are not a victim of one of them.

When eBay started, you could make a comment months after buying, but they changed it to 60 days. If you are trying to do a review after 60 days, forget it, you can not do anything other than sending the seller your critique directly.

Is the seller still registered on ebay? It could be they were removed.

I can't answer your "why" question but it did happen to me last summer. GO Properties Services LLC was the seller and I had no issues at all with the transfer.

I think this seller has not been the best, maybe this is their way of keeping their rating high.

I have had some purchases on Ebay where the seller was a class act. I have also bought some bargains that I was not sure if the deal would ever be complete and that I felt like I was walking the seller through the sales process.

I factor concerns about reliability into my bid prices when buying on eBay (or my offer strategy once an auction completes without a buyer). If eBay would extend the comment period for real-estate to 90 days or 120 days, that would have incentivized me to have bough more on eBay instead of behind eBay's back.

The way I currently judge an eBay purchase is that if I eventually own it and pay only what was promised, it was a successful outcome. Anything else is a pleasant surprise. I stay away from eBay sellers with much negative feedback, and considering the flaws in the system for real-estate I do not put much stock into sellers with good ratings.

I will also say if an eBay seller has across the board good reviews on TUG, I would put some trust in that they have been good sellers in the past.

Doesn’t eBay now not allow negative reviews?

I had not heard that. Below is feedback I just captured from an eBay timeshare seller.

Only against buyers, they still allow buyers to leave negative feedback for sellers.

For most items and in most instances, this was a good change. If you paid in time you did your part. Sellers loosing their ability to retaliate for a buyer not leaving positive feedback is on net a positive to me. Perhaps on items like timeshare rentals that have greater expectations on both parties it was not a good change.
