Dues MF for 2 Time Shares of deceased person

Have TS in Tex and 1 in Branson Mo. Brother/wife dead. No one can use until sold or transferred. Cannot settle estate immediately. Asked for contract copy says must pay MF or Dues and no replies. As written do I have to pay MF and Dues until sold. Bob Cockreham

Only the resort can answer your question about maintenance fees if that is the main issue.

You may renew the RCI subscription if there are deposited weeks in the account and you wish to keep it active until it can be transferred.
