Drop off fees for car rental two different airports?

We are flying into Hilo and want to drop our car at the Kona airport as we arranged to fly out of there at someone's suggestion. has anyone done this? If so do only certain car rental companies do this and is there a drop off fee if so what is it? Thanks

Just go online and get prices. I've found the fee varied from almost nothing to very significant. The fee can change over time with the same rental company, the direction you are driving, the type of vehicle, and probably the alignment of the stars.

We did that a few years ago. I don't remember if there was a drop off fee or not. I'm pretty sure we rented through Avis.
