If you're a DRI owner, do you know about Club select?
http://select.diamondresorts.com

I didn't until recently when they implemented a searching feature. The point rates are good, comparable to an II exchange, but without the exchange fee! You can also just pay for them outright, which seems like a steal for many. $500 for a week in a two bedroom? Plus, it's been a nice way to get into some non II and non DRI resorts that I wouldn't be able to otherwise (like I booked a week at Peacock Suites near Disneyland recently). :whoopie:

Anyways, as I've been checking this everyday for new additions, I've noticed a some desirable weeks like:
11/8/2008 WYNDHAM FLAGSTAFF FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA 2 BDR 6,000 $390.00
11/21/2008 WYNDHAM FLAGSTAFF FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA 2 BDR 6,000 $390.00
1/24/2009 WYNDHAM FLAGSTAFF FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA 2 BDR 8,500 $552.50
12/5/2008 WESTIN KIERLAND VILLAS SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA 1 BDR 6,000 $390.00
8/23/2008 MARRIOTT OCEAN POINTE PALM BEACH SHORES, FLORIDA STUDIO 2,750 $357.50
11/1/2008 MARRIOTT OCEAN POINTE PALM BEACH SHORES, FLORIDA STUDIO 5,500 $357.50
5/1/2009 MARRIOTT OCEAN POINTE PALM BEACH SHORES, FLORIDA 2 BDR 8,500 $552.50

Do you have to be a club member to use this feature?

No, but it costs twice as much for non-club members.

CLub Select search feature is nothing new. Dsireability is in the eyes of the beholder. I'd not want to go to Flagstaff in November or January and pre Christmas travel to Scottsdale isn't my cup of tea either. Studios at PBS are tiny in August and November, and any other time of year.
