Diamond Resorts has agreed to settle its claims against US Consumer Attorney, P.A. ("USCA"), 1 Planetmedia, Inc. ("1 Planet"), and Henry Portner, Esq. ("Portner") (collectively, the "USCA Parties") in exchange for a monetary payment and other concessions.
