A friend of mine who is single is a World Ventures/Dream Trips rep. She does travel a ton and is trying to sell me on the idea of Dream Trips.

Has anyone here heard of them? This is the link to their website: http://www.worldventures.com/membership/dreamtrips

I like that apparently you can cancel whenever you want. That's the only thing that seems to work for me as my family prefers the timeshare lifestyle.

A perhaps cynical $0.02 worth...

Haven't heard of 'em before myself, but I don't think that you'll find much TUG support or endorsement for any "vacation / travel club", to be honest.

Your "friend" the "rep" may very well get to travel a lot, but perhaps consider for a moment just why she is now "trying to sell you" on the product.
Perhaps the more members she signs up, the more "comped" travel may be provided to her as a perk?

I don't see any cost figures or numbers mentioned anywhere on the provided web site, but vacation / travel clubs are rarely a particularly good value and will of course still have their own costs. Even though such costs are not maintenance fees (inherent to all timeshare ownerships), money spent is ultimately still money spent, no?
