Hi Madge,
I sent an email yesterday about a time sensitive problem that may occur due to a unit that was double deposited to feedback@rci.com with ATTN Madge as part of the subject. I deposited the 2007 week of one of my timeshares last October with another exchange company. I sold the timeshare to a friend in April and recommended that they join RCI based on their vacation wants/needs. They did that and when they joined the RCI rep that helped them queued up the 2007 week for deposit. Apparently, the resort ok'ed that even though I had previously deposited it elsewhere. The new owners realized the mistake when they got a deposit confirmation in the mail and called RCI right away but they were unable to get anyone to help. The check-in date is 7/6/2007 and I really want to try to save someone from arriving for a summer vacation only to find someone else already in their unit. I called the resort and they have not yet returned my call. The only respose I got from feedback is that there is a large backlog of emails and it could take a while to get a response. Can you help?

Thanks,
Len

Len,

Thanks for showing such concern for the unwitting RCI guests who could have been inconvenienced in this situation, especially in light of the difficulty you encountered initially in getting the problem resolved.

Thanks again.
