Don't They Owe Me a Refund???

A week ago I gave up on a 6-month long Euro timeshare search. When I did that I indicated that I wanted the $189.00 credit and thought that I'd see it on my credit card by now. Does it take normally take RCI longer than that; or do I have to contact and ask for my money?

Any advice...or just more patience???

Thanks, Marion10. RCI's making me work hard to get my $$$ back; but they seem to have plenty of time to solicit me to extend my membership. Glad I held off...jury's still out

For future reference: The credit was posted to my credit card account about 10 days after I released the search.
