I don't like the smell of spam or bacon but one of my favorite breakfasts is Spicy Spam Musubi with black coffee from the ABC Store. Best eaten on a beach or in a boat or anywhere.

What is your favorite place to eat on Oahu for Spam Jam and is it humid this time of the year?

Just going off the list, we loved the following in no particular order:

Sam's Kitchen
Zigu
Surf and Turf Tacos
Appetite Pizza
Banzai Burger
Giovanni Pastrami

These are a good mix of small places and some a little bigger. These were all very close to our apartment.

Generally, it gets more humid the more inland you go. This time of year isn't too bad for humidity, especially with the trade winds. If the trades die, that would bring on some humidity. The trades have been fairly strong the last few weeks.

Here's my DIL enjoying Spam, eggs, and rice for breakfast at the Laie McDonald's. My favorite breakfast is fried Spam, egg, and cheese in a toasted bagel sandwich.
