Does your City enforce social distancing rules against the homeless?

The governor declared a state of emergency on March 7. New York City appears to be allowing the homeless to sleep on the subways in the midst of this pandemic:

The subway is still being used by essential workers and others who have to get to work. This is obviously not a good situation and could very well have spread the Covid-19 virus.

There were warnings in the media a year ago about the failure to require the homeless to comply with health codes in the West Coast could lead to an epidemic:

Is your City enforcing social distancing rules against the homeless?

I'm not trying to issue a diatribe against the homeless, but I am disturbed by the failure of NY City to enforce rules that everyone is supposed to comply with. It may be that there is nothing the City can do, but I think that once this is over, there should be a discussion about how major cities have allowed this to fester.
