Does the US tennis Open conclude on Labor Day every year?

Just wondering if the 2009 US tennis open will have their finals Labor Day weekend...I know they do this year but is that the schedule every year? Thanks.
 
This year the last day will be Sept 7th. which is the sunday a week after labor day.
