Hi Madge,
My RCI membership expired a couple days ago. When I called in, a VG told me that I could renew for 3 years or more at a reduced price. I told him I would do just one year and then I would look around for any promotions that might be going on. He assured me that if I called back the one year that I paid would be adjusted and included in the 3 year deal.

I checked out TUG and found that those deals that I was thinking about were for weeks accounts so I called right back to do the 3 year thing. I was told by another VG (after checking with her supervisor) that I could get the three year deal but the one year could not be included.

I feel like calling back and trying another VG but I figured I’d just ask you. Which is it?

boyblue,

If you just did the one-year renewal a few days ago, you can ask for a full refund of that renewal and purchase the three-year renewal outright. Most often, renewals cannot be combined in the way you described.

Please send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com with TUG in the subject line. The Communications Team can verify the details and make sure you get a full refund of the one-year if that's necessary.
