Does Starwood still send a letter stating they recognize you as new owner?

I used to get letters from Starwood after a week closed, and now I just check my account and see if the week is there, and if it isn't I have to call or email to find out the status.

What happened to my welcome letter? Do they no longer welcome the lowly owners of weeks that cost $299 or less on eBay? Just curious about this. We own quite a few now.

Yes, but it takes about a month. I suspect that they send them out once a month.

I received one within two weeks from the time their title department processed the paperwork...and this was last month.

I bought 3 weeks each on ebay at Lakeside Terrace and Harbourside this year. I got a Welcome to the Homeowners association letter when each cleared title at Starwood.
