I am trying to look it up and can’t figure it out nor how many a 1 bedroom sleeps.

MOC has two different configurations the Old Towers do not have a full kitchen and sleep 4 in a 1BR. The 1BR does have two bathrooms as it is two old hotel rooms combined to form one unit. The two newer towers (Lahaina/Napili have a full kitchen and also sleep 4 in a 1BR.

If you go to Marriott.com you can see all the room configurations and amenities for the 2 choices. Just select the hotel website and then villas.

To add to the above for the uninitiated, MOC reservations are broken down into 2 completely separate sub-resorts: Maui Ocean Club (olde converted hotel section), and the newer Lahaina and Napili Villas. They are not just different room types, but completely separate reservations. Just make sure you know what you are booking.

1) Yes
2) No. There are shared laundry facilities in each wing.

FWIW, in the Lahaina tower there is a community washer/dryer room on the 7th floor, primarily for studio users I assume. I've not checked to see if they are on each floor, and in Napili, but would assume so.

Depends on view and room assignment I suppose.

Generally larger balconies in the old towers and three bathrooms in the 2BR are nice, but newer towers have great views for each category. Many fewer rooms though available for assignment.

High floor, OV in the old towers may arguably be the sweet spot for view and value, if you can get the higher floor.

OF awesome in both towers, with Napili a bit more secluded, setback. Not a negative, just different

I believe one TUGGER had reported that the laundry facilities for the old towers is not open. Wondering if the communal kitchen at the bottom of one of the old towers is open given Covid precautions.

FWIW, in the Lahaina tower there is a community washer/dryer room on the 7th floor, primarily for studio users I assume. I've not checked to see if they are on each floor, and in Napili, but would assume so.

In both Lahaina and Napili towers , a room with washer dryers for studio users can be found in every other floor. Use your room key to enter. Free to use but you may need to bring detergent. (They provide detergent for the 1+ bedrooms but guests in studios could probably ask housekeeping for these. )

7th floor Lahaina washer/dryer room closed. Haven’t asked yet if one is open in the tower on another floor.
