Does II offer pro-rated membership refunds? (And a couple other questions.)

Hi! I'm not sure if this is the best category to post my questions, I'm new to the forum.

We sold our timeshare about six years ago. We haven't used our II membership since we traded in our last week about four years ago. At the time, II told us that if we wanted to cancel our II membership, we could get a pro-rated refund.

Our II renewal is coming up very soon. While poking around II's website recently, I didn't see anything about pro-rated refunds, and I'm hesitant to call since we don't own a timeshare anymore.

Questions:

Does anyone know if II still offers pro-rated refunds?

Does anyone know if II cares or checks if II members still own a timeshare?

In general, have vacation getaway prices gone up much? How about getaway availabilities?

I know that these last two questions might not be able to be answered too specifically. And, I've neglected to poke around this past Spring and Summer for availabilities, when the better prices and availabilities are open for places we want to go, so that's why I ask those last two questions. :)

II prorates for regular memberships but not for the Platinum or gold upgrades.
