Does anyone know if you can make multiple itinerary changes on Hawaiian?

I recently extended our August visit by one week and was able to change our flights easily online (via chat since we had used miles to purchase the tickets). Now with the new extension of visitor quarantine, I am feeling less confident in the trip happening. I am now holding a week in October at Ko Olina. Does anyone know if Hawaiian will let me change my itinerary again? have looked on their website and this isn't directly addressed, and since it's miles I have to talk to someone there. Chat is not available (queue is full). I know that it's a long shot but I thought that I would check. Thanks.

Try reaching out to Hawaiian on social media, Facebook or Twitter, with your question. Most of the time you can get a quick response to your question. With FB (I don't have a Twitter account so I don't know how it works there) you can send a private message.

Thanks Luanne. I finally was able to get connected via chat and the answer is yes to changes, even if I have already made a change previously. They will either change the itinerary or give me a voucher that has to be used by Dec 31, 2020. I may be responsible for fare changes, but at this time there isn't any fare difference. Fees are waived. Probably going to try to change to October, although it took so long that the Ko Olina week is gone. Oh well. At least I am prepared with all of the information now.
