Does anyone have experience selling through Outer Banks Resort Rentals aka Alderwood Resort Management?

I know that the advice on TUG is to DIY, but I'm just not comfortable with that. I'm thinking of selling two weeks on the Outer Banks of NC through Outer Banks Resort Rentals. I'm put off by their $75 listing fee. I wonder if that's how they make their money and then just do nothing. So I'd like to hear from those of you who have sold or tried to sell a timeshare unit through this company.

I've consider using them but I haven't and if you decide to let me know how it goes. I'm not sure they do much but they do have a large number of listings including more prime ones so I think they may be someplace where people looking to buy go to see what is available. $75 for a listing is less than a full service listing from redweek. Even a verified listing at redweek adds up after membership, listing and the additional fee for verified.

I think they also charge the typical $1000-$2000 broker fee if they sell as well.
