I own a fixed, deeded week (no points) at the Beach Quarters. It was run by Gold Key Resorts, who sold to Diamond Resorts, which in turn has now been sold to Hilton Grand Vacations. Several years ago, Diamond made owners members of Destination Xchange so they could justify part of our maintenance fee increase. Since then, I have deposited a couple of BQT weeks into the program. Today, I tried logging into Destination Xchange to see what what was available for exchange. I was unable to log into the site, and kept getting the following message: "We have validated your credentials and according to our records you are not eligible for enrollment at this time. If you believe you have gotten this message in error, please do not hesitate to contact us." I was previously enrolled, so I don't know why I am getting this error message. The problem is that I cannot find a telephone number to Destination Xchange. I even tried Googling the number without success.

When I try navigating around the site, I find that as pages load, some have an HVGC URL and some have a Diamond Resorts URL. I also have an HGVC property that has points attached, after some difficulty, I was able to log into the HGVC exchange website, but this doesn't help me with Diamond. If anyone has a contact number for Diamond's Destination Exchange, I would appreciate if you would post it. Any other suggestions?

Here's a phone number from an email back in Nov of 2022. However, there doesn't seem to be a phone number any more on the DEX website itself. When you click on the "contact us", it only provides a form filler that you have to complete for them to contact you

I called that phone number today. It now takes you to Hilton Grand Vacations. I was not able to get much assistance from the HGV rep. Apparently, the Destination Xchange program guide is out of date, even though it can still be found on a Diamond Resorts website. HGV does not have a new guide, so it is impossible to know exactly how the program works now that HGV is running it.

I’m wondering the same thing. I’m confused! My password manager has: theclub.Hilton grand vacations.com, member.diamondresorts.com, hiltonrandvacations.com and loginsso.Hilton grand vacations.com Not sure which to log into for Destination Xchange? I own the Point at Poipu and The Bay Club at Waikoloa.

I also own at both Point at Poipu and The Bay Club. There are separate routes for each resort. You can go to the following website:

From the above website when you click on "Sign In" at the top right you get the following options:
1. HGVClub & Owners
2. The Club & Owners (formerly Diamond Resorts)
3. Embarc
4. Vacation Package Holder

The Point at Poipu is option 2 and The Bay Club is option 1.

You can also go directly to https://club.hiltongrandvacations.com/ for the Hilton Grand Vacations Club where you should also find The Bay Club.
