Do you have a picture that you got while travelling that has a nation or state flag in it?

Ok, time for picture sharing with a twist.

We’ve done balconies and great views. Many photos shared have been wonderful.

This time, do you have a photo you took while vacationing you wish to share that has a flag in it?

Here’s mine:

This one was taken while I was hiking at Goldstream Provincial Park near Victoria, BC. Maybe the new home of Harry and Meghan?

Good thread, Fred! When I travel I like to take pictures of the flags from other countries. As I look back in my photos, I realize so many countries don't display their flags like we do in the USA. I see American flags all over the place. I spend 2 weeks in a foreign country, and don't see a single flag. USA!

I took this one last winter when we attended the Corozal (Belize) Junior Sailing Club regatta. It was really hard to get a snap showing all 3 flags in full. Side note, most of the sailboats were donated by the Rotary Club, including one from near our home Barrie ON which we were excited to see.

The border heading into Tanzania from Kenya (Aug 2011)

P.S. This may actually be looking back towards Kenya once we "walked across" the border. Due to tourism requirements between these two countries, tour operators must be licensed in both, so many license in one or the other. Guests doing both countries are left at the checkpoint to cross the border on their own (and pay their fees) . . . and then meet the other tour guide/operator on the other side. This photo is of our Tanzania guide so this would be in Tanzania.
