Do Wapato Point units have any value?

I've gotten my money's worth out of my Wapato point ownership. Truth is I could rent the prime weeks when they come up in the rotation (I've done it and made good money) but I don't follow my TS ownership as closely as I used to (no time).

With an average of 50,000 points and around $800.00 in MF do my units have any value (if so how much)?

I don't know how much they are worth but part of the reason they may not be worth as much as they could be is that they are hard to understand.

People can understand fixed weeks and floating weeks but rotating weeks are much more difficult to understand. Also don't most ownerships at Wapato require that you own multiple weeks (a summer week and also two non-summer weeks)? So there may not be a good feeling about being required to own 2 weeks of non summer TS to get the one week of summer TS you really want.

You rarely see them on E-bay which says something. A beach 3 week segment sold for about $2500 on e-bay a few months ago and a 1 bedroom in another section sold very cheaply. There is a real state office on the premises that sells timeshares (resale) as well as other propeties in the area. So, yes, I think your units are worth something.
