Do biennial contracts cost more?

Each year you wold pay for 52.5K points plus the minimum program fee. So if the cost of you points per 1000 points is $6 then your annual assessment would be 6x52.5 + the program fee which I believe is $165 for resale.
6x52.5 = 315 + 165 = 480. So you pay the whole minimum program fee each year.
