Do any EOY contracts charge MF only in the actual use year?

I currently have an EOY contract. The MFs are billed "half" every year.

Does Wyndham ever bill the entire amount in the actual use year rather than half the amount every year?

I'm not asking because this is something that I want to do, but because of a transfer I am in the middle of where they are making it appear that this is what Wyndham is currently doing for this particular contract. I already know what the impact should be to my account when this goes through.

Is it a fixed or floating week (non points) or a converted fixed week in points?

I would think all points udi contracts and access would be half per year (or monthly over the 2 year period). There could be exceptions for specific older fixed or converted weeks.

It's points (deeded, UDI). Not fixed week or converted fixed week.

I have a suspicion that the folks putting together the paperwork are just confused about how MFs are billed on an EOY contract.
