DISREGARD. Thanks for the responses, but my question is too broad, so please disregard. If I could delete I would, but evidently I can't.
Going to do a bit more research first before posting next time.

One person's idea of reasonable fees are not the same as another's idea of what is reasonable.

I own only one 3 bedroom lockoff, and it doesn't trade with II, it trades with RCI, and it's very reasonable MF's. But I am getting rid of everything RCI/ Wyndham that I can at this junction of life.

I am more in the Marriott/ Disney/ Sheraton/ Westin resorts nowadays. All are in II currently.

I'm not certain if I'm in the right room here, but here goes.

I own a deeded red week 3BR Lock-off and I'm looking on getting rid of that unit, and finding something comparable at a well run and well respected resort with hopefully reasonable MF's.

I prefer a deeded week in general that trades with Interval. I really like the Lock-off feature as I will only use these units to trade, so getting 2 weeks per year is a big factor.

I'm looking for suggestions or advice on which resorts may meet this criteria. Thanks in advance for any feedback received.

What do you have now and what are the fees? Tell us what you are unhappy about with your current ownership. That will give us a baseline for a recommendation.

The 3br traders are Marriott's Grand Chateau and Marriott's Grand Vista. Are you wanting to trade into Marriott's ? If not then what / where do you wish to trade?

If you are looking at a beachfront 3 br lockoff that trades in ll. Take a look at the Redington Ambassador in Florida. Mfs $1150.00.
