I have a fixed week with Fairfield
Williamsburg. I want to get rid of it. How do I do that?

We’re going to need some additional information for you to get helpful responses:

1. What fixed week / what season, and does it float?
2. Do you own it outright, or do you owe a loan on it. If you owe a loan on it, there is absolutely no way to get rid of it other than defaulting and letting it foreclose, or paying off the loan.
3. What are the annual maintenance fees?

Try wyndham certified exit at 855 312 9040 first, but since this is a lockoff you may be able to give this away easily. I would call first though as that might be a free option.
