Within it's home system, yes. In II you are still usually exchanging for whole weeks. If you have Gold or Platinum membership in II there is the option of Shortstay Exchanges, but the options are much more limited. The majority of Shortstays tend to become available within 30 days of check-in and not every available full week can be booked for shorter stays.
