I have read several threads lately indicating that RCI and certain resorts affiliated with RCI discriminate based on religion and language.

What exactly is RCI's policy regarding this?

I cartainly do not believe that this is true of RCI; however, I do not claim to be familiar with all 3,800+ RCI-affiliated resorts. If you provide an example or two, I'll be glad to research them.

Thanks for taking the time to respond to my post. My question, however, is not based on specific resorts. What I would like to know is RCI's policy regarding member resorts and discrimination in exchanges.

In other words...Does RCI allow resorts to become members and honor their requests to discriminate based on religion, race, nationality, etc.

I am not asking about promotional weeks. I am inquiring about actual owner deposits or deposits made by a resort(ie bulk banking) on behalf of their owners.

Cindy,

It is RCI’s policy to comply with all applicable laws. We also recognize how important it is that RCI's affiliated resorts provide satisfying vacation experiences for our subscribing members. This is kept firmly in mind whenever RCI considers a new resort affiliate.

I will not be able to comment further on this subject.
