I own 2 weeks here, and have generally been pleased w the service on past stays, but most recently, was disappointed on several fronts, and am wondering who best to address the letter setting out my concerns.

While a couple of them were dealt w by front desk staff at the time, I feel the need to kick it up a level or two, as I did not buy 2 weeks there to be treated like I was when I first rented across the road at Cypress Harbour - and ended up in a terrible villa...

Thanks in advance!

I can't answer your questions, but we were thinking of exchanging into either Horizons or Cypress Harbour. Can you give more information on the problems you had at Horizons? Also, what was so bad about your villa at CH? We are non-Marriott exchangers, so would likely get the worst unit at the resort. How bad could it be?

Thanks

Will PM you re the probs, as they were not major, and not the focus of my posting.

Rather, it was the disappointment of having to deal w it, as a multi-week owner.

Generally speaking, both resorts are great, and staff were very attentive to our problems.

My gripe is that I feel I shouldn't have had to deal w them in the first place, and thus posted to find the most appropriate person to raise this with.

PM'g you shortly...
