Dinner on the Big Island for our 10th anniversary

We are headed out to Hawaii next May. We will be celebrating our 10th anniversary while we are on the Big Island and are looking for a unique dinner suggestion. For our 5th anniversary we had an incredible private dinner in Maui with Tableside Chefs. We loved that, but my husband just read an article that indicated you can no longer book private activities like that on beaches in Hawaii. We would prefer something more unique than just an expensive restaurant. My husband is reading about a dinner near Mauna Kea which is sounding good. Any suggestions my TUG friends could offer would be great!!
