Didn't receive Disney Confirmation Number

Hello, I have a question regarding my RCI/DVC exchange.
I made RCI exchange to DVC before, and about 1 month later, DVC sent me an e-mail with DVC confirmation number and other travel info on it. Through that e-mail, I could create a Disney account and linked my reservation to it.
I made another DVC exchange last year, my check-in day is approaching, but no e-mail from Disney yet, so I cannot link this exchange to my Disney account.
Where or how can I obtain Disney confirmation number?
I called Disney, 407-939-1936 and talked to a rep, but she couldn't pull my reservation.
I am somewhat frustrated because link my exchange to disney account is convenient and I can plan dining, tickets, etc...
Thanks for any help!

Call DVC member services at the number listed on your RCI confirmation. Tell the rep at Owner Services that you have an RCI exchange into a DVC property and you would like to get your reservation number to make dining reservations and link tickets. With the reservation number you can go ahead and link everything to your reservation.
