Does anyone know that

"By electing to accept CPO at the time of confirming your exchange, should you need to cancel your exchange holiday, the exchange fee and your banked week will be saved for you to use at a later date (up to the original expiry date of your Credit). This is conditional upon Dial An Exchange receiving the cancellation advice a minimum of 24 hours prior to the check in date of the confirmed reservation."

I could confirm for what is available now, keep on searching, then switch to a better week when it becomes available. What a nice option for paying only $16?

Even with CPO, Dial An Exchange exchange fee is still one of the lowest.

switching from 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom unit

I bought the DAE CPO insurance when confirming to a 1-bedroom unit several months ago. DAE notified me this week that I can switch to a 2-bedroom unit of a gold crown resort without any additional fees. Not only I feel very lucky, but also believe DAE practices honest business ethics

DAE really offers the best services among all trading companies. Debi was always very helpful and professional. I only wish other people believe me and give DAE a try. Then the availability pool people complained about will become better.

I misread the title of this thread as, "Dial An Exchange IPO." My first thought was, "DAE is going public?! How can I buy in?!?"

Actually, I hadn't realized that DAE will just let you switch anytime something better comes along. Wow!
