DEX (EU) Properties in California, Utah, Colorado

Apart from the latest DEX resort directory pdf posted here, are there other properties in California, UT & CO, which are also available via DEX exchange?
The latest iteration of the directory does not show Grand Pacific Palisades or Seapointe (although one can simply book using HGVC Club points). (wonder if one can book a summer week there a year out or something via DEX, if unavailable via HGVC club points booking)
Do DEX EU folks have access to all of DEX exchange options available to DEX US users or a limited version?
Are there other properties there in DEX online which one may exchange into?

I notice that people are able to use DeX to exchange into Embarc properties, but I don't see them listed in any of the guides.

The latest guide version 11 with corrected Craig Tiers and the Embarcs included is too big to upload and I don't have the tools to easily resize it. Perhaps another Tugger can post or point you to the latest.

AFAIK the inventory is the same between US and EU. Perhaps EU has a few more EU options but I am not certain.

Anatara locations in Thailand etc are also available but not in the directory. I believe @HuskerATL has a reservation there via DeX

I just ran a DEX search for Carlsbad and I see 79 weeks between end April 2025 to December 2026 at Grand Pacific Carlsbad Inn, GP Palisades, and GP Seapointe. These are not listed in the directory but apparently we can exchange into them. 1 bdrms are Tier 4 and 2 bdrms are Tier 5 and 6 depending on the season (remember Socal has May grey, June gloom as the low season.)

Park City search yielded 28 weeks between April 7 - July 17 at a bunch of resorts I have never heard of except for Park Plaza. Sapphire Park Regency, RVC Miners Club, park Plaza, Club Park. These are probably from RCI and may have resort fees.

Vail listed 2 weeks for the Wren which looks like another affiliate of RCI. Breck had 12 weeks between May 9 and Dec 26 at Lodge by the Blue - which is probably an RCI affiliate. YMMV.

Awesome! This is great! Will see if I can get summer 2026 & 2027 weeks, that would be great!

You can and many others that aren't in the guide. There are many partner properties that aren't in the guide in places like Europe and Asia. See the attached new guide

I am sure there is but I haven't seen them. There are 4 different versions: DEX EU, DEX US Points, DEX US Weeks, and DEX Embarc points.

The US Weeks works like the DEX EU does

I think that is correct since resale DRI can only use within the collection that they own in. DRI weeks can probably use it via resale and Embarc but DRI folks would need to confirm.

We will be 100+ in June in PHX, so 70s would be nice for a couple of weekends! (& with the desert sun frying us all day long, nice to have some gloomy clouds on the ocean) ! (If our May also gets super hot, then May go too!)
