We went to their presentation at Napa because we were interested. It was very expensive. They took $6000 off in exchange for 2 of our timeshares. We went back the next day to say,"No". They took off $1200 more. We told the woman we really weren't sure that we wanted to do it. She told us to think about it and call her. I tried to call her two days in a row and never got a response. I finally took over a handwritten letter and left it in the area by the sales desk as no one was there. The next day, I checked to make sure it had. It had. We also called AmEx to dispute the charge. The next day, when checking out, I bring this up with the sales receptionist. She gets the manager of sales who says he will fix it, refund our money. All good. Still no refund showing up on AmEx. Glad we put it on a credit card. A little concerned about the papers we signed giving them the right to start looking into two timeshares we thought we could give up, Lowveld Lodge (which I don't want) and Gaslamp, (which we probably still do want). Ugh. Just like timeshare people.
