2 bedroom dessert club deed on eBay. This would be a great deed for someone looking to covert a deed by buying a direct contract. It is week 38 worth 169,000 points for a $731 MF. That’s almost as good as it gets.

If they are following their internal policy it might cost $33k to convert it to points. Yes you would get 338k points but you are taking a chance they even let you convert it.

Yeah it would be a gamble. But I’d be willing to bet sooner or later there gonna want some sales and they will throw out a special where you can buy 30,000 points to convert a deed.
