No, once you've given the week to II you can't have it back. After all, they have quite likely given your week to someone else, who is now confirmed to stay there.

No. Once you deposit, it is gone, If you are within 24hrs you could call and say it was a mistake and I didn't mean to hit deposit and could I please have it back and they may make a one time exception.

You can do a request first type search with multiple companies but even then you have to be very careful because they might both auto confirm at the same time. You can do manual searches with multiple companies if they allow searches without depositing. II does. I don't know about ICE.
