I have two 1 bedroom units at SVV. In interval it doesn’t specific which is which. I made the mistake of prepaying MF for 2021 for one of the units but now I can’t tell which one i paid when I go to deposit the week in interval. I can deposit it through the vistana dashboard, but how long would that take to become available in interval? Any help is appreciated.

I found depositing from vistana is easier (I have 2 eoy SDO units, one even and the other odd. II would list two entries for every year, no way to tell which one is valid, even tried with the customer service who could not figure out either), and IIRC, it takes a business day or two to show up on ii side.

I believe you could have done the exchange without depositing. After the exchange is confirmed, II would have pulled the week from Vistana.

Right I was just going to prepay the one unit but I will most likely prepay both now and be done with it

I have that problem with my 2 SDO units. In the past, I've grabbed it with one and the deposit fails (because that one was already used at sdo or its the off year of my eoy). They emailed me and said it didn't work, but vistana customer service was able to substitute the other sdo unit. It takes 2-3 phone calls and about a week (I've done this twice).

So it's inconvenient, but better than losing a great exchange.

Question on prepaying vistana fees. Is the ARDA PAC charge included in the projected next year fees? I do not want to include that but I also do not want to underpay by 5 bucks and have an exchange blocked.

@dioxide45 any help is appreciated! Thanks

I asked this a couple years ago when I was prepaying fees. It was recommended that I pay it in order to not have an issue trying to make the reservation that I needed to make. So I don't know if that was right or wrong, but I paid the 5 bucks because I was looking for a Hawaii reservation and didn't want to risk losing it over $5. Perhaps someone else with more experience borrowing points can weigh in.

That was my thought process as well, just pay it and find out at the end of the year when the fees come in. Thought someone would have the definite “it happened to Me” answer.

If Atlantis announces a re open date and plan, I don’t need to worry about deposits and exchanges..... any day now, if ever.
