Deposit in Interval problem

Have been trying to deposit our weeks into Interval but I get so far on the MVCI site and get to "Exchange" and this is what I get:

Called the MVCI number and after listening to the multi recordings they say there is a wait time of 1:20.

If you have the week reserved, just make notes of the dates and reservation number. Then use the II website to initiate the deposit. They will list your resort-you have to pick unit size, dates and reservation number. Done.

IF you can't make a reservation at all, try the chat feature. Keep typing "agent" until a person responds.

This is the way I do this. I don't trust them to do it verbally by phone as I've seen them make too many mistakes and I don't allow MVC to do it directly for the same reason.
