Interesting article. What do you think?
I googled the resort name and a message to owners was posted today on the resort website that the closing was yesterday and that checks for over $16,000 per week will be mailed. Nothing new about the lawsuit even though they talked about it on another post.

Certainly looks like those two board of directors set up a nice windfall for themselves. Whether illegal or not I don’t know but it doesn’t smell right. I am sure they didn’t obtain all those deeds with the intention of paying yearly maintenance fees.
