Hi - wondering if anyone has a Dell Latitude XT tablet? If you like it, pros cons

I am considering a new laptop and this is one of my choices. I will be in college for the next 3 years and need something flexible to carry with me. I have a 17" Mac laptop that I love but I'm not sure how compatible that will be with my IT classes (Nursing major/IT minor).
