I have an exchange booked at MVO for November and there's a chance we might not go. I put an e-plus on it, but would love for my parents to potentially use it.

Here's my question. Today is my last day of II Platinum and I have unused GCs. If I add my father with a GC, can I later either delete the GC (if I use the week) or change the name on the GC?

Additionally, how does that work with an e-plus. Does the GC follow any e-plus exchanges?

Many thanks TUGGers!

GC do follow the Eplus retrades. I would think you can later delete the GC, but I don't know for sure about modifying. I would think that would be doable also, but not 100% sure.

Can you put two names on the GC?

You can modify the GC to put your own name back on the GC.

That would work, though you can also delete the GC to do the same. Though once deleted I don't know if II charges another fee to add it again.

that I don't know - I don't think so. There is only one name field on the online form.
I have done this by putting "and" between the names. We didn't have any issues checking in, but the guy working the desk kept saying "Rebecca and ___". He thought the "and" was funny. I suppose you could also put an "or" between them.

Years ago I put a "/" between the first names and that worked. It may not work anymore... Next time, I'll try "and" or "or". Thanks for the tip!
