This is my first time posting, hopefully someone can help. I own points with Diamond Resorts US collection but am not a US citizen, I live in the UK. My circumstances have changed and I can't afford the maintenance fees or the $1000 Diamond Resorts charge on their transitions programme, can anyone advise what Diamond Resorts are likely to do if I just stop paying the maintenance fees.

Hi @Priestleyv7
Welcome to TUG .

There have been posts on the topic .

Are you current for 2023 ?
If so you could attempt to give it away on the TUG free TS forum

have you reached out to the DRI transitions department to inform them of your change in financial situation?

I doubt there is a whole lot they can do to you as a non us citizen if you simply just stopped paying your annual dues, thus its more likely they would work with you to surrender the ownership back willingly.
