Wyndham Presidential Reserve at Panama City Beach
Club Wyndham Access
Grandview Las Vegas and Discovery Beach Resort - Both in RCI Points
Woodstone and Summit at Massanutten - Both in RCI weeks used as Wyndham PICs
I'm expecting that our maintenance fees may drop just a little next year as the resorts expenses will be lower with the resorts being closed.

- A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
If your deeded week happens to be when you can't travel, then you typically lose your week and get no compensation. If you think that may happen you may want to try to deposit it with an exchange company to have an alternative.

It didn't dawn on me that when the OP said deeded owners that he may have meant fixed week owners.
